P2P借贷涉足房地产行业

GROUNDFLOOR平台近期完成了在美国的第一项有担保、面向由非达标投资者(译者注:年收入与财富净值不符合SEC最低标准的投资者)的借贷交易,成为了该领域扩张的先锋。

一直以来只有投资机构和达标投资者能够进入直接房地产投资的领域。

● In both cases, local independent developers are directly managing the projects.
● The minimum investment required to participate as an investor in the loans was $100.
● Individual investments made ranged from $100 to $5,000.

Following its initial success, GROUNDLOOR recently expanded its pilot offering under Georgia’s innovative Invest Georgia Exemption.
