1. 浙江省工商局允许投资类公司注册

近日，浙江省工商行政管理局就贯彻落实工商总局等十七部门联合下发的《开展互联网金融广告及投资理财名义从事金融活动风险专项整治工作实施方案》下发通知。

通知允许企业名称使用“股权投资基金”或“股权投资基金管理”， 允许企业名称和经营范围中使用“资产管理”、“投资管理”字样。

通知还要求非金融机构以及不从事金融活动的企业，在注册名称和经营范围中，原则上不使用“交易所”“交易中心”“金融”“理财”“基金”“基金管理”“财富管理”“网络借贷”“P2P”“股权众筹”“互联网保险”“支付”等字样。（金融服务外包除外）。

2. 农行招行恢复部分P2P充值 监管一刀切正在修正

数月前引发市场广泛关注的“多家银行关闭P2P充值通道”一事有了转机。5月12日，一家名为涌泉金服的平台在其官方微信上称，招商银行与农业银行已恢复互联网金融公司第三方支付接口服务。北京商报记者向该平台客服人员求证到，招行的快捷支付通道中断了一段时间，在今年4月招行的快捷支付才得以恢复。而农行之前对支付额度有所下调，现在又重新调整回来。

3. 绍兴开展百日整治行动 恒昌、信和等49家公司被查

据绍兴日报报道，绍兴市政府投融资咨询类公司“百日整治”专项行动办公室10日下午发布消息：自3月初开展专项整治行动以来，绍兴49家投融资咨询类公司被查处，92人被警方刑拘或取保候审，共冻结资金3603万元，追回非法吸储资金1.17多亿元。

警方分别对金讯众信资产管理有限公司、依家人健康信息管理公司、南京易乾宁金融信息咨询公司、中海微银嵊州分公司、北京恒昌、金岩控股、信和财富等机构进行查处。

4. 滴滴出行对外宣布获得苹果10亿美元投资

5月13日早间，滴滴出行对外宣布获得苹果10亿美元投资。对于投资形式、苹果占股比例，以及之后双方合作，滴滴方面并未详细说明，只是笼统表示，“Apple与腾讯、阿里巴巴等重要伙伴一起助力滴滴为广大中国车主与乘客打造数据驱动的移动出行平台”。

那么这次投资入股对苹果和滴滴分别意味着什么呢？据了解，苹果此次入股滴滴，最重要的意图莫过于在国内推广Apple Pay。苹果的进入会对其他支付方式进行分流，这对腾讯和阿里巴巴并不完全利好。但与腾讯相比，阿里巴巴与滴滴关系正在疏离，此前入股神州专车可以予以佐证。

5. 英国FCA与新加坡MAS成立Fintech Bridge

The UK and Singapore have established a “fintech bridge” that will help financial technology firms and investors from each country gain access to the other. Billed as the first of its kind, the bridge enables the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to ink a regulatory cooperation agreement on sharing and using information on financial services innovation in their respective markets.

6. Bipartisan SEC Small Business Advocate Bill很快将成为法律

The bipartisan SEC Small Business Advocate Act of 2016 (HR 3784) sponsored by Representatives Duffy  (R-WI) and Carney (D-DE), cruised through the House of Representatives earlier this year.  The bill seeks to create a firmer voice advocating on behalf of small business within the Securities and Exchange Commission.  Created in the recognition that SMEs too frequently get lost in shuffle and that too many rules that are focused on big business trample upon smaller firms, the new position will stand up for the sector of the economy that creates the most jobs.

7. AngelList发布Republic平台支持Title III Crowdfunding

AngelList, the first equity crowdfunding platform in the US that allowed accredited investors the chance to gain access into early stage companies, is embracing Title III /Reg CF crowdfunding.AngelList is launching a new off-shoot company labeled Republic to allow non-accredited investors the opportunity to support SMEs. 8. StartEngine宣布已获许经营众筹企业

With Title III of the JOBS Act finally going into effect on May 16th, StartEngine has announced it has received approval from FINRA and the SEC to operate a Reg CF funding portal.

Title III crowdfunding will join the other two variants of investment crowdfunding, Title II and Title IV (Reg A+) next week to create a more vibrant capital ladder for companies seeking to raise capital using the Internet. While no exemption is perfect, both accredited crowdfunding and Reg A+ have seen growing utilization across the US.

9. Seedrs发现需求端APP线上融资出现增长趋势

Investment crowdfunding platform Seedrs is seeing significant growth in “on-demand Apps” raising capital on its site. One recent example is blow LTD, London’s app-based provider of fast beauty on demand (also described as Uber for beauty).  blow is currently raising £750,000 in equity capitalon Seedrs.  To date, blow LTD has delivered more than 70,000 services with everything being available to book on your smartphone app.
