Duxes hosted the China International Equipment Leasing Forum 2018 on October 25-26 in Beijing. The summit gathered policymakers and professionals from the leasing industry, representing prominent lessors, online platforms, financial institutions, trade associations, and other service providers, to pool knowledge and experience on the flourishing equipment leasing sector in China.

10月25-26日，2018中国国际机械装备租赁论坛在北京举行，此次论坛由国际租赁联盟组委会、联合租赁研发中心和上海都赛信息科技股份有限公司联合举办。来自租赁行业、线上平台、金融机构、贸易协会以及其他服务商的专业人士和权威人士齐聚一堂，就中国日益繁荣的机械装备租赁市场进行了深入交流。

 

The opening day featured diverse content on the state of equipment leasing in China. Speakers detailed the effects of the recently implemented IFRS 16 standards, VAT reforms, and One Belt One Road Initiative, on the leasing market in China. Further content detailed favorable policies implemented in the Nansha Free Trade Zone, supervisory regulations for leasing, and trends across the industry. The day concluded with two panel discussions on joint growth of the leasing industry and real economy, and financing channels in the Chinese leasing market. The final day of the event addressed niche sectors within the leasing industry. Representatives of leading domestic and international lessors provided firsthand testimony on financial leasing, the ascendant green leasing market, as well as internet leasing models and cloud technology.

会议第一天，嘉宾们对中国机械装备租赁业进行了全方位多角度的分析。演讲嘉宾们详细剖析了《国际财务报告准则第 16 号》、营改增和一带一路倡议对中国租赁市场产生的影响。此外，论坛还对南沙自由贸易区的利好政策、租赁行业监督管理以及发展趋势展开了深入讨论。两场激烈的圆桌论坛将当天的会议推向高潮，到场嘉宾们就租赁业与实体经济的共同发展、中国租赁市场的融资渠道等问题展开交流。

论坛第二天，嘉宾们重点分析了租赁行业内的细分领域，来自海内外租赁界的杰出代表带来了金融租赁、绿色租赁市场、互联网租赁模式以及云技术方面的一手资料。

 

The China International Equipment Leasing Forum 2018 deepened event organizer Duxes’ commitment to close engagement with the leasing industry, and concluded as a resounding success. The event served as a platform for the exchange of high-level knowledge on the emerging Chinese market, among professionals with expertise on a wide range of subjects.
